Oh so its a Fairy Tail update. But they knew these characters wouldn't being them players so they popped a popular JJK character(s). Where have i seen that before..
It’s almost 2025 and devs are still making Yuji with sukuna as his awakening. Just give them their own damn characters bro.

y’all fr complain about ANYTHING.. “do they know sukunas domain is an open domain” obviously??? Sukunas Domain would be so broken if it was open hence why it’s closed.. “it’s 2025 and they’re making yujis awakening sukuna” ok?? What’s the problem.. 😭 yuji has done plenty in the manga but not enough to have a full awakening of his own that scales up to ANY of the current ones in the game, he only has melee combat piercing blood and domain..😭😭 if y’all want yuji to have an awakening that isn’t sukuna then go make one yourself

I mean if they simply nerfed the properties of sukunas domain and made it open it could stay the same balance wise while also being more accurate.
Yuji for sure has enough moves from the fight with heian era sukuna to make a really rememberable awakening. He has performed piercing blood, rct, simple domain, cleave, dismantle that effects the opponents soul, domain expansion, and a decent amount of cool melee attacks, such as when he grabbed sukuna by the ankles and threw him post jacobs ladder, or his epic 8 black flashes. Even if thats somehow not cool and flashy enough, he has fought with countless characters, so u could easily make one of his moves a cut scene with like him and vibraslap todo, him with the executioners blade from higuruma, or him with yuta and rika. I just named 9 moves. A few aren't too crazy, and a few could be passives instead of a full on move, but u could still very easily make a cool awakening with flashy and impactful attacks.
Yujis base moveset is lame, regardless of the fact it's all stuff yuji has done before. Here's a few suggestions off the top of my head to make him more unique while still following the canon AND not including anything from his fight with heian sukuna:
Make black flashing a passive that he can build up, rather than just a part of one of his moves. Maybe u could time it during m1s, maybe after dealing damage without dying all ur m1s/moves get it, maybe u can just press a button to make one ur attacks black flash and changes their properties, like making a combo extender knock back but block break. Point is there are multiple ways to go about black flash than just making it one singular move.
Combine divergent fist buff and punch attack. Imo there's no reason to have two separate moves that have divergent fist. Maybe the buff goes away after using the punch, and maybe the punch increases the cool down slightly so u might have to think about when to use it.
This suggestion requires two moves. Yuji has been shown to throw and kick debris at opponents, so maybe give him a move that makes debris afterward, and if u use a move like manji kick near the debris it stops being a counter and kicks a boulder at the opponent. A simple move that could make debris is the HUGE launch he did to grab sukunas throat back in the manga (this is the fight with meguna, not heian era sukuna)
Give him a move that plays a cutscene where ur opponent goes crazy and gets memories of u two being brothers. A move that's only a cutscene isn't too unique, but it would still be a neat reference.
A move/passive where he just tanks/walks through damage. A big point of his character is that he is resilient, so maybe instead of a counter he could have a move/passive where he reduces damage and/or stun taken for a short duration. It could be used just as skillfully as a counter, since u can still be stunned and would need to know when to use it effectively.
I think these suggestions could be fleshed out more, but u get the point. Yuji has so much potential devs just ignore in favor of just mass producing basic characters. AU does a good job of adding characters consistently, but the characters themselves aren't very unique. I get where ur coming from, i can see how it might be annoying seeing the same comments. However, I also think it's valid for people to not like this copy and pasted yuji we got; it's OK for people to want more effort put into characters outside of just flashy effects (as long as they critique in an adult manner and don't just baby rage).
Love the game, but they need a new sfx guy. All of the fairy tail characters feel so quiet compared to yuji.

If we compare aur natsu base with aba natsu, aba natsu wins imo, cause has hyperarmor on all his moves lol, but aur Natsu awk is just broken, three extenderd goddamn and people really says that this game is more balanced than aba or a "better aba", with just saying that you can not even do raw laddering is enough 💀

Not only is sukuna yuji's moveset, the awakening is literally copied from JJS and the yuji moveset is copied from JJS with only minor tweaks and different keybinds😭🙏🏻 (for those who say "dOnT dEvs KnOw ThaT suKuNA's DomAiN hAs nO bArRiEr" look at how op sukuna is in sorcerer's BG and in Sakura stand. Even JJS dev said he was forced to put batrier bc it was too op even though putting the barrier was lame and boring)
