I've been looking for this game for years. At the age of 13 (1989) a mate had this game, and I played it to the finish. One of the first console games I ever played. Now to see if my R36S has it. Thanks for the vid.

Ooh, sounds so dirty. Anyway, I planned on doing a similar little intro to yours, but on K-cars, when I eventually do a video on Kat's Run for the Super Famicom. You should check it out if you haven't yet, it's a pretty cool racing game published by Atlus of all (soulless corporate) people.
