if people had listened to the core optic team, this was already slowly an issue since last year which lead to FNS leaving. FNS mentioned before that sometimes when too many losses happen, teammate might start blaming own teammate and its turns sour eventually. Other than that, Victor was pretty solid as a duelist in NRG this year in my opinion, it was just other factors we cant see happening which lead to this

Valorant has changed a lot since optics peak and you need different things on a roster to succeed. They are all still good pieces but they just don't make sense anymore as 5 together or even really 4 of them and another player unless they massively change roles
