- We Have Defeated Them By The Grace Of God - Fubara Begs Protesting Ijaw Youths To Be Peaceful
Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has acknowledged with delight the assurances of brotherly support from the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), and urged Ijaw Nation to key into the on-going celebration of the liberation the State is enjoying now. Governor Fubara gave the charge while addressing the national and state leadership of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), who were on a solidarity walk to Government House in Port Harcourt on Thursday.

In all these, it's the Rivers people that will be disadvantaged, today if wike as a minister of fct and Fubara work together the same people will be the beneficiaries but guess this truth elude them. On the path of Fubara it's appalling to hear talk as a drunkard. The same people who are demonizing wike today were the same persons that celebrated him so, this message should get into him. Fubara lacks everything as a leader.
Fubara is something else it serves Wike right he will be regretting day and night but he will not come back as a governor in second term he is still a boy in politics fubara need to grow up
Is just 8 yers rain . Finish your tenure make we rest .next governor should be and ijaw man as well or ogonis man
SIM you are not a guy at all, i can't imagine you are like this.
Our Youth really need a job, the earlier the leaders understands this, the better.
Fubara doesnt impress me with the way he speaks, his choice of words when addressing his supporters is not what i expect, why can't he understand that putting ethnic angle to this whole thing is a wrong move, why would a governor talk about riverine upland dichotomy, this doesn't exist in our state, he should be careful how he is playing into the hands of ethnic jingoist, Wike has many Ijaw lawmakers in the state on his side than Fubara, Wike didnt build secretariate for Ikwerre people, even though Fubara is going to support his Ijaw kinsmen to build one, as a governor representing an ethnically diversed state like Rivers State, he should guide his utterances carefully in order not to cause disaffection among other ethnic and tribal groups in the State, I'm not a fan of Wike ,i don't like his style of politics, this is the reason it's good to allow the best to emerge through democratic means not by imposition of someone on the people as Wike did with plans to control Fubara, he failed because he is not strategic, Fubara gave some grounds for Wike to sofr pedal but he Wike wants absolute comtrol of a sitting governor which is not feasible in Rivers State, instead of him to relax and align so that this guy will give him his absolute respect and he looks away, but no, he won't accept it being who he is, just as the saying goes, absolute power corrupts absolutely, that's Wike's situation now.
Job men😂😂😂😂
Wike. Is not a leader..he should have been careful and align instead of behaving like a God to someone whom supreme court has pronounced Governor
Gbam! Ogogoro man over to you, wounded lion.
No be award again but na to beg for favor
Kaikai people
Just look out what a sitting governor is saying. Introducing ethnic division. Not even up to a year. Where do he want to build whatever? In port harcourt, Ikwerre land? Ikwerre people are watching.
Empty vessel. That your ebesu wey dey pump your head, bear in mind say other rivers tribe like ikwerre, ogoni, there own ebesu no they hear sorry ooo
Rivers money now na public money wey all riverine states of Nigeria go dey come collect in the name of asawana.
Where were you when they pulled out President Jonathan, from aso rock??????¿ Asawana, asawana, wey we no go here something
Next governor will still be an ijaw man but not fubara again.
Fubara is a not serious person. He is bringing ethnic dimension to the already aggravated situation. He wants to set Rivers on fire. I am sure there is no way he can quench that fire.
Rivers State Government, please pay Retirees thier Gratuities
Wike don buy market.... Supporting Fubara was his greatest political error.
A Lion does not Give Birth to A Goat... Fubara is In Charge Now..
