Also to be noted that Pythagoras Theorem was actually discovered in India in Baudhayana Sulba-sutra of India and much later discovered by Pythagoras. The only problem with Indians was that earlier they never liked their cultures and methods to be expressed world wide.

Jaby was confused when he said that different kingdoms invented and that was not India . It was India , we had different kingdoms but we knew how much big was India. At first India was called "AARYAVART". Then it was called "BHARATVARSH". The chess was invented in Maurya empire and the greatest king of that empire King Ashok was the one who tried his best to integrate BHARATVARSH . Yes the Indian map today and the Indian map so many years ago was very different. It kept changing constantly. BUT a lot of ancient Indian books (eg. Ramayana) describe India (Bharatvarsh) as the land between the Indian Ocean and the Himalayas meaning the map wasnt any different than now. Infact there was a time when India (Bharat) included Pakistan, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Myanmar, Combodia and many such places.
