Hotel Xcaret Mexico. Restaurant Xin Gao. Breakfast Buffet.

In February and May 2024 I visited Hotel Xcaret México, definitely one of the most luxurious resorts in the Cancun Area. With 12 restaurants, numerous bars, pools, lagunas and nature parks included you'll need at least a week to experience it all....if your wallet permits however :).
Restaurant Xin Gao was definitely our favorite for breakfast buffet and dinner. Dinner is provided both a la carte as live cooking. Breakfast serves international food, with an Asian twist. Dinner is fully Asian style. The a la carte menu served the best sushi I ever tasted so far.
