This video popped up on my TH-cam feed & I am glad it did. Loved the researched insights. One thing I did like to add regarding the cost of a good MBA program. It seems they tend to be around $200k USD all inclusive (tuition tends to be around $150k USD and rest is living expenses, etc) atleast for the US based schools. INSEAD seems to be an exception in that it's a 1 year top ranked MBA program with a bit lesser opportunity cost. Loved the video. There's a few other flavors of MBA like part time, executive in addition to FT & their opportunity cost dynamics would be different than the FT MBA. In case you missed the train on the FT MBA variant, the part time & executive variants are still there but executive MBA costs a ton (unless sponsored by the company).
Focusing on the idea of quitting your job and preventing internal growth isn’t necessary. It’s important to cover flex, part-time or executive MBAs. Just a thought.

I`m mid 40s and a teacher for the last 15 years. I would like to switch career (corporate America). Do I need an MBA?
Mba from a top tier US school (m7) cost you a minimum of 150k USD but most likely will not regret that decision
What about 1 year MBA ?
