Lets tour a Mid Century-Modern abode, where boho artistry prevails. We sets a retreat for the client amongst the leafy green woods of Hyderabad University and lake side apartments within by the Hyderabad's prestigious construction company premium community i.e Aparna Sarovar Zenith.
As 3BHK set in 2485 sqft. is the perfect fit for a family of four, we decided to give prominence to the kitchen and demolished common walls with smallest room to make it a heart of the home. This challenging but practical change opened up the whole area to the freshness of lush green and water front. An extended dreamlike kitchen with separate wet and dry work spaces divided with printed tiles on wet side floor and wooden flooring on the dry side enhanced the overall look. But certainly, the charm of space is the centrally curated island where the whole family surrounds.
The client wanted an elegant, spacious and clutterfree home. The hall is woven with natural light, warmth of sunrise view making it soothing and uplifting space. While the hall exudes grandeur, the bedrooms are designed with a modern aesthetic sensibility.

Its a very well designed apartment. Congratulations HSD for a good job. I thought that the kitchen appeared to be small, despite you guys merging the utility area with the kitchen. What is the size of the kitchen now? Could you plz share it, if possible.
