Exercise Exercise Exercise. From a fellow hairstylist and anxiety suffer. Even if it’s just walking 30 minutes today. Huge help. Also, have a small paper bag around when you start to have a panic attack breathe into it. I keep editing my post because I want to add more.
Creative people tend to suffer anxiety. Just so you know you’re not alone 🥰

I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression all my life. I’m much older than you are, and back in the day, there was a lot of stigma around mental health. I’m really happy more people are speaking out and sharing because by doing so we can break the stigma. Nobody should feel ashamed or suffer alone. Mental health is as important as our physical Heath.

I can’t get out of bed. I work from home (hairstylist as well). It’s been years. I finally reached out and made an appt to talk to someone. It was supposed to be last week, but they postponed it as she got covid. I can be “on” for my clients. I have been medicated for years. But having multiple medical conditions (failed auto kidney transplant, bowel stuff etc) makes it hard to try ones that may work better. Do you have hobbies? I just picked up cross stitch! It’s great for the mind! Sending love and support from Canada! 🇨🇦😘❤️
    ETA you are not alone!

I have had anxiety since I was little. 8 years ago it got worse. When I have panic attacks, it literally takes me 2 weeks to feel normal again. Sometimes my anxiety gets bad to the point where I can’t go to work, I don’t want to go anywhere but stay inside my home. Once I tell myself that I’m ok, I don’t have anything to fear, it gets better. I don’t see a doctor or take medication.

Great video from start to finish .. Anxiety attacks us wen we least expect it .. It just comes on very quickly and makes us feel so bad .. I’ve suffered too with both anxiety & depression since I was about 7 years old , I totally know how y feel .. I’ve been in medication for 25 years I’m now 57 😅.. But walking , exercise and talking to somebody who just wants to listen , good friends and mix with people instead of shutting yourself away , trust me we need people .. Good luck you will get through it 💖💖

I used to have panic attacks every day since I was a kid. I would get a panic attack over the anticipation of one… it got to the point that I couldn’t drive, go to the store or function. I started doing EMDR therapy and joined a church and for the first time in my life I finally feel safe. I don’t struggle with panic attacks anymore because of God and therapy

When you feel one coming on, Breathe in 4 seconds and Yes count slowly, breathe out 4 seconds slowly. It helps reset your brain. My Aunt is a therapist and she suggested this to me. I’m incredibly sorry this has happened to you, I don’t wish it on anyone EVER. I’ve lived with it for 20 years.
My second bit of advise, watch what meds they give you, if you’re feeling worse on them Stop.
I know I’ve seen this late but I’m praying you’re much better now!!!🙏🏼

You can push through this. Keep going to your doc. Also see a therapist. Exercise. Do the calm apps. Take care of yourself. You need to come first

If you are worried about panic attacks specifically, I would suggest learning a few different breathing techniques. When a panic attack comes about, most people start to hyperventilate, and that can make the attack seem even worse than it really is. If you can really focus in on your breathing, slowing it down in that moment through long, deep breaths or whichever technique you find most comforting, it will bring down your heart rate and pull you out of the attack sooner than you would think. You can just google it, give a few different ones a try, and utilize that as a tool.
I hope that helps you! I’ve struggled with anxiety for as long as I can remember, so I know how you feel. I always recommend therapy as well, however that’s something that will take some time to work through. Breath work really does do wonders!👍🏼

Exercise saved me from my anxiety walking to be exact and put on David Goggin motivational speaker (he has a rotten mouth 😆) I feel so much pressure from this industry that I absolutely love so it's a strange balance and some days I welcome NO REQUESTS I know that sounds crazy but I feel more creative and not so much pressure.

Speak to that demonic spirit and say:
No weapon formed against me shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17
If God be for me, who can be against me. Roman's 8:31
The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. Psalm 23

It's probably the acne meds causing the anxiety

Prayer. You must pray. Remove all things from your house that has to do with witchcraft, horoscope...
Read The Bible find scriptures that pertain to your condition and speak those scriptures.
Listen to calming music such as praise and worship music.
