Therapist for 26 years and my trained eyes tell me she doing great work. She has been at it for a while. Great body mechanics on her part always translates to great feeling and effective work. She maximizes leverage with her own body weight. Any rherapist could learn a thing or two watching this.
I said the same thing to myself about her body mechanics & her weight distribution. Her wrist alignment is great too. MT for 10 yrs. I love what we do! 💜

Well chiropractic adjustment is just cracking part from a normal massage from the east with lots of talk , lots of pictures of the body skeleton structure and sometimes Xray machines. Also hundred times the cost.

I am a Thai living at the outskirt of Bangkok. It costs me only 400-450 Baht/2 hrs to get this kind of Thai massage at a message shop nearby my home. From what I have seen in this VDO, the therapist did a very good job. The guy should feel super relaxed.

‐ it doesnt require any oils/lotions, or barely for cases that the therapist still does... i kinda hate the sticky feeling those leave 😅
- it tends to crack a lot of joints because of all the stretches and twists, which feels really nice
- hits a lot of deep tissues, which feels really good for people who has regular achy and sore spots either due to regular training or because of work

It isn't, you're not not hearing the shoulder blade crack, what you a hearing is the snap of her fingers using a special technique. I've done it myself many times.

I once had a Thai massage during vacation and it was great! I felt completely relieved afterwards. They got some really nice cracks out of my upper and middle back just by pressurising. The only bad thing about it was that they kinda massaged me between my rips, I got used to it though :P
