I sew many stories . But no where I feel Pilate is a culprit. In bible Pilate declares 3 three times that Jesus is innocent. He had to do it as a duty. Full filling people's wish. Is that not democracy. ? He had no business with Jesus, never know him before. yet he is able to see the innocence. The priests and people knew Jesus, heard his teaching yet condemn him. That makes Pilate great rather than a sinner. He is just the executioner of the death sentence given to Jesus by his own people.

I sew many stories . But no where I feel Pilate is a culprit. In bible Pilate declares 3 three times that Jesus is innocent. He had to do it as a duty. Full filling people's wish. Is that not democracy. ? He had no business with Jesus, never know him before. yet he is able to see the innocence. The priests and people knew Jesus, heard his teaching yet condemn him.
That makes Pilate great rather than a sinner. He is just the executioner of the death sentence given to Jesus by his own people.
