I recently changed my front wheel hub bearings and the speedometer doesn't work anymore...steering is stiff as hell...pls help

I have same problem. speedometer not working and steering is stiff.NSK bearing have light Meghna tic field its required heavy meghna tic field...

bearing's with magnetic encoder seal, is the encoder seal suppose to spin with the bearing?? or is the encoder ring internal, and moves inside the bearing.
wondering if the shop messed up the new bearing. the seal/encoder ring is spinning when i turn the wheel
