I love creative cuisine using leftovers. They taste so much nicer.
I enjoy your videos for one more reason. And, that is because, occasionally, you forget a certain ingredient and then catch yourself and add it. We all can relate to it because it happens to the best of us, and happens often enough 🙂
I dislike those nearly-perfect demonstrations. Why?
They seem to laboured.... as if they had been rehearsed time and again, and then cleverly choreographed for that final "take."
Such is not life. In reality, nothing is flawless. Nothing is perfect. A realistic demonstration
only endears you more to your viewers.
I eagerly await your recipes, creative simple ideas, and that wonderful experience of being with you in your kitchen... watching you turn delicious dishes.🥰
