I have unfinished business with this game, the gameplay is awesome but I never got to finish it.
Summon Night was my gateway into more deeper JRPGs. Before it was just whatever pokemon or megaman game on the gba. I really wished they kept going with the swordcraft series on consoles
Same!!!! Taking out the 2 little things like they drag a bit at the beginning and the random battle being was to constant this gane is hyper solid.
I wish this full series was out here. I have read that there are 4 of them will try to check them out XD.

Yooo Summon Night looks dope not gon lie. I never got into RPGs cause I don't like the whole pick your attack style combat. This looks more of what I am into. Great video bruh 🦾

Late but since there's no weapon break ability in this all I use in the tournament are drills put some shield on my weapon so the drill vs drill wasn't too much of an issue. later in Summon Night 2 the next entry to the GBA summon night title has weapon skill which makes weapon breaking easier with the weapon breaker skill.

well even without they special skill attacks from 2, weapon breaking from one is very easy. It requires you to max out the TEC stat of your drill though as well as Weapon Shield and Astral Guard.
when you enter the battle, set up Weapon Shield and Astral Guard and back off your opponent in the corner of the field and force it to constantly guard. which will prompt you to deplete their weapon's DUR. Astral guard is useful in case there are opponents that will stun lock you when you try to break their weapon.
