loving the videos you post man! looking forward to learning a thing or two here. I've lived in Colorado for about 6 years and have pretty crappy luck fishing but it's cool to see what you are using and different methods! I think I will try pueblo reservoir!
Hey buddy! Thanks for the shoutout! I was planning to hit 11 mile canyon this weekend, but with the weather and chance of rain we have I think I’ll most likely hit the res. I’ve only caught 1 walleye since moving here, it was about 8 inches lmao. I’d sure like to catch a few like you have! Anyways, thanks for sharing!
Those were some nice catches you got there Jared! That was a beautiful rainbow. I will have to let you know how we do while we are up there. We leave tomorrow afternoon to head that way. Thank you for all the great information. 🎣
Good stuff Jared! I got my first wiper a few days ago there on a slip bobber it was 1 inch off of master angler, can’t believe the fight on those things.
Loving your videos! I feel like a Freshman still at Shore Fish University. I was out RIGHT near where I think you were..near East Gravel Pit?? Just a few hours early last Saturday morning. I had the basic bobber/weight/leader/Nightcrawler and was set to about 8 feet. There was a point where my bobber on a single rod was going down about every 15 to 20 minutes...but I couldn't hang on to anything! Do you have a recommendation on hooks? I had one absolute WAR with something...my line was literally jerking side to side frantically. What fish might fight violently side to side to side like that?
I have links to the stuff I use on Amazon down in the description. I’m seeing a lot of bluegill this year so that would be what’s messing with you too, they can be so annoying.

As you can see I’m not doing anything special for the walleye. Points with drop offs to deeper water is where I’m finding them right now.

Please let me know how you do and good luck!
Awesome video
Thanks so very much!
If you ever feel like doing a deep dive crappie video, I’ll certainly pay attention.
That really is a good idea.

What spot is this I’d love to try it out
It’s my spot lol. NW side
Ive never actually fished the Res. Whereabouts was this?
This is the NW side of the reservoir, I do have a video that shows the area I fish.
