I notice in all of your reproductions that you are using a printed version of the original artwork instead of using a tablet to display your reference. Do you feel that you get better color matching by using a print instead of using a tablet? Or, is there some other reason you only work from printed artworks?
There are usually many reflections on a tablet display. It is also limited in size. We use a 12 color printer with amazing print quality, so the color accuracy is at a very high level.

I too own a 12 color printer (digital artist) and will start using print jobs instead of an iPad as my reference image. Thanks for responding!
