    This is 100% the best video about St. Mirren i've seen, i think St. Mirren are becoming underdogs in this league, we're playing amazing this season, smashing football, world class atmosphere, top 4 hopefully. Glad you enjoyed this wee town & this Club 😁👍

    Glasgow airport is actually in Paisley, so is a bit confusing for people arriving there and thinking they're in Glasgow.
    The original airport was in Renfrew which is only about two or three miles away. Across the motorway from Hilington where they used to build Rolls Royce engines and put them in aeroplanes.

    That was a good wee vid there man. Point of note, you were in Paisley from the moment your plane touched the tarmac, it used to be called Abbotsinch Airport which is part of Paisley. Glasgow Airport's address is Paisley PA3 2ST. It looks as if you just walked from the airport to the town centre... I do that when I come home from a flight! Usually just walk home dragging my wee wheelie suitcase 🤣 Thanks for checking out the Paisley Saints, the Buddies. Scottish football is small, but it's good.

    • @mattthegroundhopper9242
      @mattthegroundhopper9242  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for the info, maybe it should be renamed Paisley airport, Glasgow shouldn’t take the credit for everything. It was a good walk into the town but a bit wet, I agree Scottish football is very good, more Scottish grounds will be uploaded very soon.

    Glad you had a good time. The domestic flights can be a bit rough in the UK. Sometimes it's the weather, sometimes it's just the pilots getting their practice in before they're allowed to do international flights, though that's just my theory given some rough landings.

    That was such a cool video guys!! I am an Arsenal supporter but I have been keeping an eye on St Mirren for the last 2/3 years as I follow the St Mirren womens team ever since watching a video of one of their players back then hammering her dislocated knee back in with her fist during a match! Having watched your video and another guys who did a blog last season I will see about planning a trip up this season like you've done. Bonus points for showing us parts of the ground like the names on the bricks and the club shop. I have been well impressed with how St Mirren have a family feel with a huge heart! Fans are fabtastic!! Both the men and women teams are doing good and hopefully they can both push a bit further up the league tables. Great stuff guys!!
