    I am thoroughly enjoying your series! In this particular video, I'm curious what gloves you are wearing that you are still able to operate your camera buttons. Thank you.

      Mads Peter Iversen I think so! I need to plan a trip in summer instead of March and go to these spots again at night with nobody around!

    Hi Mads, love this waterfall. Was here a few weeks ago, most of the waterfall was frozen, unbelievably beautiful, got some nice shots. You need spikes on your shoes to walk up there as the path is a sheet of ice. Love your work! Rob.

    I love the panorama image Mads! I was contemplating whether or not to bring my RRS pano gear, and this shot sealed the deal when I go next summer in 2020. Thanks so much for sharing your videos and suggestions. Your videos are perfect in terms of suggestions, and how long they are. Take care from Canada.

      Thank you Walter. I think it has something to do with my channel being young. I've tried mentioning it to a few blogs, but they don't seem to care.

    Great Video!
    Do you intend to make a video about Stokksnes?
    Thanks!

      I'm a bit reserved with that since the owner wasn't nice towards us when we were there.

      Are you saying that beach has owner? Do I have to ask permission to film and photograph the cliffs on the beach? Totally egregious!

    Thank you for the ideas. Have you considered having episodes based on month or time of year as opposed to just locations?

    Wich type of glove did you have in the video ?
    Your video is very interesting! Thanks.

      If you mean at 1:42 that's not me, but my friend Jonas. I'm actually not sure about it.
      I'm happy you find the video informative :)

    Which camera do you recommend for landscape photography?

    • @MadsPeterIversen
      @MadsPeterIversen  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I doesn't matter really as long as you have manuel settings. It's mostly about understanding your camera and using proper light and editing :)

    • @zjoskevdberg
      @zjoskevdberg 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Is the canon eos 550D a good camera to use ?

    • @MadsPeterIversen
      @MadsPeterIversen  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That was my first camera and it works really well! :) As I said it's not as much about the camera as it is about the light and editing ;)

    Why do you shoot at f22? Diffraction softens the image. You can use an ND filter

    • @MadsPeterIversen
      @MadsPeterIversen  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because unless I wrote it nobody would ever know ;) Defraction is a thing yes, but in all practical sense it doesn't matter unless you print your pictures very, very big. Also I'm really close to the water so I need everything in focus and I can't get that at f/8 or f/11 and focus-stacking a waterfall is more pain than just shooting at f/22. It's all about finding that balance between being practical and being die-hard perfect.
