I did loads of motherboard research this week xD Seems that the Intel B660 is a good pick (Self educated guess). Not expansive and also able to support the new gen 13 cpu's incase you want to upgrade. Thinking of getting 1 myself.
Just watch out because when I did my research it isn't generally able to handle K class CPU's. I forget the specific issue, I think it was the extra voltage overheated one of the components. Although a bigger issue is the B660 is factory locked out of overclocking the cpu so you don't want to put a K chip in one anyways.
@@tjep2670 Oh that I wouldnt know. I actually build the pc and got the B660, works fine so far but on F class. Maybe its an overclock thing? From what i understood, the MB should be fine aslong as you dont overclock.
I have an i5 10400f + rtx 3060 and they work perfectly together (i play ultra 1080p). An i5 11400f will do the job because Is even more powerful. Just one thing, if you are also buying a motherboard and you want to upgrade in like 3 years, you can consider buying a mobo with the socket of the Intel cpu's of 12/13th gen+ i5 12400f, so you can upgrade in the future. (Probably cost around 100€ more)
Hello, people who fumble for jokes with vidyuhi. I bought an rtx 3060 the other day, inserted it into the 2nd pcie 2.0 on an Am3+ socket with fx 8350, well, it barely got into my computer, it was fixed back to back. After turning on the PC, everything was ok, rolled firewood, flashed the bios, drivers for the bios, made an undervolt (+800 from memory), (I set 1905 to 875 in curva) everything seems to be ok, it did not warm up more than 65 ° in games . But after I entered doom eternal, I played a little and noticed that when some kind of flashing occurs from the lamps, then the light that is cast on objects, on papers for example on the floor, they start to flash wildly. (on the old version of doom, tracing didn’t work there at all, and there were a lot of blinking in the form of squares, black rectangles, blinking and the floor, and pictures, and everything that was static) In general, in Wolfenstein new order there is the same game, but less , but the stairs along the edges of the objects are just a nightmare! I've tried a lot of things, it doesn't help. And in the monitor I reduced the response delay, and took up the contrast, turned off amd free sync prem, none of this helped. In other games with shadows, blinking and ladders, everything seems to be fine. (Tested Genshin Impact, Witcher 3, Forza Horizon 5, Control). If anyone knows what the joke is, please tell me.
