Masterclass: Leadership in Science & the Digital Transformation | International Fall Gathering 2022

As part of the International Fall Gathering 2022, Female Science Talents hosted a Masterclass featuring Tracey Brown (Founder of Sense about Science), Bettina von Jagow (Founder of Jagow Advisory), and Miriam van Straelen (Partner at Roland Berger). This captivating Masterclass focused on the experiences of the panelists, who currently hold positions on boards at universities and executive boards in the industry. Questions regarding good leadership and overcoming obstacles encountered along their career paths were of special concern for all participants. This provided an opportunity for young female scientists to firsthand experience approaches for breaking through the 'glass ceiling' in their career paths and to learn from established women leaders.
