Today self checked NCV due to doubt on slight tingling left bootom feet , left arm ,results as
Wrist Lat-1 (ms)1.25 ,Lat-2 18.13 dur (ms) 16.88 ,amp 7.5 mv , area 27.7 , diff ( 31.98) dist mm 280 ncv is 8.76
Elbow Lat-1 (ms)33.23 ,Lat-2 40.00 dur (ms) 6.77 ,amp 00.0 mv , area 10101.9
Ankle-knee(peroneal)
Lat-1 (ms)1.25 ,Lat-2 18.13 dur (ms) 6.35 ,amp 2.1 mv , area 9.7 mvms , diff ( 29.37) dist mm 340 ncv is 11.58
Tibial
Ankle Lat-1 (ms)5.73 ,Lat-2 15.00, dur (ms) 9.27 ,amp 11.2mv , area 32.2 , diff ( 4.48) dist mm 320ncv is 71.43
Now madice given by doctor
Is it any complication ? As per showing report

Electrodes placement for distal and proximal stimulation will be different. Because we need to check nerve conduction on at least two sites proximal and distal, so it not depends on which muscle have to stimulate.

And
Why antidromic in radial nerve...
When all three nerves almost follow the the same principle for taking signals to spinal cord....
