I doubt all 9 members of Twice will resign. Jeongyeon's neck issues will likely be the cause of her leaving. Chaeyoung's independence and creativity means she may want to make her own music. Mina's anxiety issues in the past could make her want to return to Japan instead of staying in Korea and being an Idol.
I also think Twice would renew their contract, but their activities will surely lessen. I think this year, they'll open their own Instagram accounts, also sub-units and solos.
