How to make photo skin bright,
Black skin to white skin?

You need original photo and sample photo. With colour picker pick the white skin sample and paint it somewhere in new layer. Now pick original Black skin with color picker. Paint it just next to where you painted white. Now use color sampler and select both white and black. Now open info from window. It will show RGB of both White and Black. Now make new curve adjustment layer. Now in curve layer properties, there will be in out or input output. In R in put values of black and in R out put values of white. Do with R G and B.
