Hi mate hope you're good just a quick question I saw you were on your phone with your engine running I thought you were meant to have your engine turned off if you were to go on your phone I know it was for short period is the Highway Code slightly different for buses?
The rule as it stands is you must be parked. Ideal engine off etc. Stagecoach rule is no phones in the cab full stop. I just choose not to listen once your out the city there is very little chance of being caught long as your not physically driving while on it. Hope this helps
