Yeh bilkul sahi baat hai. Being a serious aspirant you need toh have 7-8 hrs sleep. Maine jab bhi less then 7 hrs ki sleep Li toh efficiency affect Hui.

Very good advice sir..hamara body main heart Aisa organ hain, Jo non stop Kam karta hai but uska good function ke liye minimum 30 mts brisk walking at a stretch karna chahiye for 5 days a week nahin toh baad main health issue a sakta hain.. sath sath aspirants ko healthy diet n 6 hr sleep jaroori hai.. wish you all the best guys..

SIR meri knee injury hai dono leg ki aur chronic lifestyle diseases hain kuchh, usko thik krna hai, padh k selection bhi lena hai lekin knee pain k karan kuchh nhi ho paa rha bss poore time screen dekhti rehti hu, exercise bhi nhi hota, uthne ka hi mann nhi krta aur raat ko neend nhi aati, PROCRASTINATION LEVEL 99999 pe huu.
