Picked up a cheap train on eBay, described as a runner, broken cow catcher, an engine I had wanted as a young lad.
Got it out of the packaging, had a look over it. Popped it on the track and applied power, turned power off, added some oil down the smoke stack and after one lap captured it on my phone.
Watch the video and tell me if I'd got a bargain?

Thanks for the comment Oscar, most appreciated. The wife saw it and said that'll look good pulling the Christmas train! so I managed to pick up another to respray etc. undamaged body but heavily play worn, run well and smokes, no light as of yet.

@@alansoogaugetrains2281 I saw a video on that Toy Story train a while back but it's not the same. It looks like some cheap, repainted Chinese toy. Shame.
