- Beauty and the Beast - Belle doll cake Disney Princess.
In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make your favorite Disney Princess Belle as a doll cake! I show you how to make the doll using modelling paste. If you prefer to only make the cake itself you can use a Belle barbie doll in the middle. Some of the modelling in this tutorial can be quite difficult but don't give up trying! :) I made this video after being inspired by the new new Beauty and the Beast trailer (2017) I cannot wait to see it! Basic Victoria sponge cake recipe -
Ingredients:
225g butter
225g caster sugar
4 eggs
225g self-raising flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla essence. Once smooth and creamy, fold in the flour.
Pour in to a greased cake tin and bake in the oven at 180degrees for approximately 40 minutes, until golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
Buttercream recipe -
600g icing sugar, sifted
300g unsalted or salted butter, softened
optional flavouring
Beat the ingredients together.

Have you ever thought about including how many hours it takes you to complete the cakes? I am extremely curious to know as the realism of your cakes is insane and I can't even imagine how much time you dedicate to them! I absolutely adore your channel and have attempted to recreate some of your cakes, however always underestimate how much time I'd need and end up getting really frustrated! It would be nice to have a rough idea of how long it takes a proffessional 😊 certainly my favourite cake decorating channels!
