I think you missed one important point and that is minimum amount of experience required. On the official website of Germany visa it says a minimum of 5 years which is too much.

I always suggest to apply for jobs directly at first.. For Job Seeker Visa 2023 may be little difficult as many companies may cut their expenses..but if your skillset is niche and you know German language..you don’t need to worry much..

My BBA degree is from the private institute and now the institute is no more affiliated with the university. And BBA degree is external. So I’m not sure if i can apply with this degree. I would suggest to look for the relevant jobs on different job portals..you could definitely get a job..however in my understanding..German language would be required..
