    I have been a fitgirl and yoga girl since I was 13, and your comment, "Use your muscles, not your ligaments," is the most helpful cue I've had in years - as age and consequential arthritis, snapping joints and ligaments have turned my gumby flexibility to increasing debility....EXCELLENT class, excellent cueing!!!

    Been doing this nearly every morning for a while and love it. My shoulder bursitis has disappeared since doing this and bouldering. Hope it's permanent 😭☺️ thank you for the knowledge!

    Excellent class attacking areas of body I didn’t know I had. Could you add the start of winding down rest at end. So helpful & healthy!

    Your enthusiasm during class is so contagious and fitting for a quick morning session, thank you! I was able to do this class with my YogaNotch sensors on and this enhanced my practice beyond imaginable - getting instantaneous feedback from Yoganotch on my asana forms made online practice complete - as if I am taking a private lesson from you! Fantastic - I look forward to waking up my body and mind with you and YogaNotch from now on!

    This was my morning mobility today. I loved it! So much good functional movement, getting into the bits that needed juicing, and a little bit of minor cardio thrown in to get my heart rate up. Thank you Celest!

    Looking forward to this video. I saw a different video of hers and loved her attitude and empathy. Losing my yoga class routine and strength during this time of coronavirus is difficult. I've tried other online teachers. Celeste is the one that resonates with me. Thanks Celeste.

    This was great! Fractured my pelvis in two places 9 weeks ago from Ice Skating, which I have skated my whole life. I was a little nervous doing the squat, but all is well. On my way to complete recovery! Thank you for sharing this practice. Namaste ☺️
