Incredible games are still being produced for the c64...commodore usually gave their machines a 6 year shelf life and yet here we are in 2024 still playing it....amazing.
That Burgertime port is really well made. Arlasoft puts out some good stuff.
Some folks have fond nostalgia for Nintendo 8-bit music, but for me it will always be the C-64 SID Chip music.
I agree. While I do like some NES music (Castlevania comes to my mind) I generally prefer C64 music.
Evil Dungeon was released in 2023 and is also available for free download.
That Tetris game has nice controls.
literally the only difference I spotted vs the original C64 Tetris was showing where your shape will land... the BG art was ripped from the original.
