সরকারি চাকরিতে কোটা বাতিলের দাবিতে রাজধানীর শাহবাগে রাস্তা অবরোধ করে বিক্ষোভ করেছেন শিক্ষার্থী ও চাকরিপ্রত্যাশীরা। এছাড়া দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থানে সড়ক ও রেলপথ অবরোধ করেছেন শিক্ষার্থীরা। কোটা পদ্ধতি বাতিল না হওয়া পর্যন্ত আন্দোলন চালিয়ে যাওয়ার ঘোষণা দেন তারা।
Students and job aspirants protested by blocking the road in Shahbagh of the capital to demand cancellation of quota in government jobs. Besides, students blocked roads and railways in different parts of the country. They announced that they will continue their agitation until the quota system is abolished.
