Lagi tayong after thought, we talk to experts and we discuss solutions always after the disaster or the tragedy. Always reactive, never proactive. Pag nakalimutan na, wala na naman, until a new tragedy happens.
i agree po. mtagal na po yung flood control napaka importante. sana ituloy na yung paranaque spillway para yung mga tubig galing sa laguna lake pag nag over flow ay maitapos sa manila bay. at hindi kumalat lang sa pasig, cainta, marikina at sa mga iba pang bayan palibot ng laguna lake. kailan kaya ito matuloy?
