Thanks for making this video! Fixed my issue, I was receiving this error everytime after coming back from sleep/hibernate on W8.1. I unticked the selections in the Power Options + changed the Write Debugging Information into Small Memory Dump and am no longer getting the error. Very much appreciated!

Sunil patel Hey man, don't worry, there's a solution for your prob, i'm gonna tell you what to do. I also don't have external drive of os, my laptop also has a recovery drive only. ------------- How to solve this if you don't have a windows disk ( you will still need another computer and a USB pen drive with 1GB+): 1) Download this file which is about 1mb rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.2p.exe 2) Download this file which is about 700mb sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair-cd/files/boot-repair-disk-32bit.iso/download 3) Open the first file you've download (which is a program to make a usb pen look like a bootable CD) 4) Insert a USB pen with 1Gb of storage at least (save your files first, this will need to format and erase the USB pen content) and select the USB in the first dropdown menu option on this program 5) Click on a small buttom which has the image of a CD on it and is near an option which says "FreeDOS" 6) Now you will have to navigate to the folder of that file that you have downloaded at step number 2. and you select it! 7) You click the buttom to start (and then click ok in the warning "this will erase everything inside your pen drive blablabla" AND DONE!! AND DONE! After you turn on your computer again, it will start just fine :)
Daniel Azevedo I used similar methods like this when I had to fix my computer and restore it into a point in time where it wouldn't BSOD everytime on startup because of KMSpico fucking up my PC. I just went into my ASUS BIOS and used my BSOD to boot into Advanced Options and restored my system. You can also boot it with a USB Drive or burn it to a disk
that blue message shows up when I turn on my computer right after the dell logo and after that it just shuts down... I need this fixed asap I need to do my work please help me
Hi CHAPIS ANAYA are you saying you can't get to the Desktop, and your computer wont finish starting? You may need to get into the BIOS by hitting F8, but I don't recommend changing anything just yet. I'll do my best to respond , thank you!
it shows the dell logo when I start it. then after that it goes to DELL CONFIGUIRING OR SOMETHING LIKE that. and it fails every time so it automatically shuts off on me. then a few days later I try to get on it it works just fine. im really confused
CHAPIS ANAYA Did you ever get this fixed? I've sent it in for repair twice, and it still comes back the same. I need to do my work too. Please let me know if you got it fixed! Thank you!
Microsoft recently 'upgraded' my computer to Windows 10, which first caused sound problems that prevented me using Skype, and then worse problems followed, including the computer shutting down after I removed the HDMi cable I used to watch a programme on television. but after the second complete reinstallment the problems seem to be resolved, though I know have a recovery file on a 16 Gb USB. But I'm still anxious and glad TH-cam suggested your video. I'm also glad you explain what you do with spoken language instead of just pointing with the cursor, which is very common, especially for Indians and Pakistanis making similar videos. Your tips may prove useful yet and they look easy to follow. Thank you.
This issue was occurring on my daughter's school BYO machine, Lenovo (laptop), Windoze 8.1. Your solution(s) are straightforward and we will see if the problem comes up again. First caveat, on the laptop, hit the Windows key and just start typing to search. Second caveat, "Computer" is now called "This PC", good on you Microsoft, who's idea was that for forward usability?! Great tutorial, well narrated, keep up the good work!
Don't know if you are still monitoring this or not, but if so just want to say thanks for the help. After 3 days of reading and trying every other gibberish idea out there on how to stop the "BSOD error Driver Power State Failure" I finally found it was as simple as the settings in the sleep mode, I changed just as you demonstrated and now all is good to go. Using a EVGA Z170MB and a EVGA Geforce 1070 OC video card it was just booting up so fast one or more driver would not wake up until a reboot.
I don't even KNOW YET if this is gonna fix my problem with this. But I want to let you know I TRULY appreciate your trying to help those of us who keep having this problem. Thanks for that.
hi i only get this problem when i play games (need for speed, battlefield 4,ac4 etc) i can only play lol right now but i think it will crash too. i KNOW my drivers are up to date and i followed everything you did in the video but it still happens. it doesnt have anything to do with the sleep because it never go on standby. its either on or completely off. can you help me?
Dude Thanks for the help , My graphics driver was disappearing after the blue error , than I followed your steps and I restarted and fixed my laptop and its running nice now , thanks a lot dude .......
This problem has only started today after Microsoft has forced me to upgrade from 8.1 preview to 8.1. I don't know if the two are related but its likely. I'm trying to download 8.1 from the Microsoft store but this error occurs around every two hours when the computer is supposed to restart, this then completely removes all the download progress and puts me back at square one. Any suggestions?
Thank you. I performed the "Power Option" and "write debugging" suggestions. All is now well. My laptop was supplied with Win 8 and I experienced this problem after changing the Primary HDD to a 256Gb SSD. Again thanks.
Thanks for the info Jay. In my case everytime I touched my mousepad I would get the BSOD (Blue screen of death) with error "Attempted Execute of Nonexecute Memory", and my laptop would restart. As you said in the video the most common problems are outdated drivers after Windows updated. I went to Device manager>Mice and other pointing devices> Synaptics SMBus Clickpad. I updated the driver and PROBLEM SOLVED!! You the man!
I'm on windows 8 and I turned it on and said error while starting and disappeared fast before I can read it. And it went to and said preparing automatic repair. But it goes black and after a while it repeats the cycle. PLZ HELP
Mine did that too. It turns out it means the entire hard drive is fucked. Call your computer provider and they should send someone to fix it for you. That's what they did for me, and I have a dell. Hope this helps :D
Great and easy to follow tutorial! I'm gonna try these steps, hopefully it all works out. This issue has been driving me nuts, especially since it's a new hp notebook.
+TheIsolatedPhoenix I think the answer behind this is that once you upgrade to Windows 10 you PC/LT notices that you have hard drive that needs to be updated. At least that's what the majority of people say about this. Mine normally crashes when I play music or some other apps. So far though it hasn't crashed in 3 days but that may be because I haven't touched those applications like music
TheMultiGamer4 welp it doesnt even matter anymore, my computer now just refuses to even boot lol I think its time for me to put it to rest with my shotgun
I HAVE ONE THING TO SAY. UPLOADER YOU ARE SAVAGE DUDE!!! FEELING SO HAPPY I SOLVED MY PROBLEMS, SAVED MY PC AND OF COURSE SAVED MONEY I WAS ONE STEP FOR TAKING MY PC FOR A FIX!
Thank you. IT worked on Windows 10. I had to do a Hard ReStart to get control of being able to sign in. Then I followed your instructions about the Power Settings. So far, so good. THANKS SO MUCH! I have had my new DELL only about 3 weeks and I was really bummed about the blue screen. I have ordered a flashdrive to backup my system files and that is the first thing I will do as soon as it gets here tomorrow. Once again, Thanks so MUCH!
This problem use to occur daily on my Win 8.1. I tried the first option 13 days ago and I haven't had the problem since. Thanks dude, this problem was bugging me out.
yep the problem was Norton internet security i just don't know why but Norton was cousin the problem i couldn't even delete it cause it would usually take about 2 minutes to uninstall by that time by computer restarts therefore i had no choice but to reset the computer that got rid of Norton and i installed it again the issue is gone :) .although it spoiled my day.
+Theo Essien i think you just fixed my big problem i have had i over two weeks now! Omg! it worked after i uninstalled norton! i was so scarred! because i borhgt my new msi computer to 1541 Dollars and i really didnt wanted to tell it to my dad because he would have killed me if i said it! i really have to say thanks!
I just right now found out that it didnt worked to uninstall Norton... :I It only worked to i restarted my computer :i So im gonna try to fully restart windows 10 and all that.
i have this problem too on my windows 10 & i also have norton too! i think i will delete norton because windowd already comes with a security software. i read that having two security systems working at the same time messes things up. so i will do what you did and hope it never happens again
+GenesisNotExodus I never liked Norton going back to XP. Defender doesn't seem to be doing the job Apparently when a 2nd virus is downloaded Defender stops working. I downloaded Malware Bites. Defender still seems to be on.
I got this error and I was like okay I'll let it restart. Well it has restarted but still after an hour and it says please wait with the loading symbol moving. Anyone else getting this or just me?
Hi Jay ! First of all I really wanna thank you for helping me with this . What my problem was whenever I turned on my laptop, that message showed up and restarted automatically. Not only that , even after restating , it again used to show that message several times and restated again and again ! I tried your 3rd ( third) advise , which is setting the debugging information to "small memory dump (256 KB)" and it worked just fine. My laptop doesn't show that message now. PROBLEM WAS SOLVED thanks again
My BRAND NEW gaming laptop did this. No Google Chrome doesn't work and other apps I use crash constantly. Spent 1800 on this laptop and hasn't been a month yet. MSI dominator pro 70 g series laptop. I'm going to try this but I don't think it's a power problem. If you can give me a bit more info on this blue screen I'd love you forever. Thanks in advance.
i have been having the same problem how i fixed it was doing a system restore when it gives you the option on the blue screen when it ask to restart or repair you will lose everything but at least it will fix it
Laptop was getting me down constantly blue screening etc.. Did the Power Option(Phase 1 of video) and its been a breath of fresh air.. For first time in ages i took laptop out & it booted up perfectly (Usually 5/7 attempts to get it working) without a single hitch & its not had a problem since.. Thanks so much Bruv!!
You guys will probably ignore this. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L750-0LN. I got this error plenty of times because of my network drivers. They were up to date and I still got this error. So I disabled the drivers in safe mode re enabled them in real version.
Jay, Thanks for your help. I have searched the web to no avail. Your simple suggestions solved my "Need to restart " Blue Screen on Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 I have had for sometime. After all the detailed complicated solutions on the web you hit the nail right on the head. I tried them all in your video. I think the most effective were the power button and minimum memory dump. Thanks again!!
thank you so much but lets go with a realty check! how do u expect me to those things u showed when my lappy is not letting me to the start screen. facepalm -_-
It was really easy following your instructions. i was so desperate when i stumbled up on your video and I feel it will help my problem. thank you. I will let you know what happens. I could not wait to thank you you in the first.
Wow, that really helps, man! I appreciate it!! I've got the same problem as yours and the blue screen has confused me for days. Your video completely solves my problem. Thanks again!!
didnt work for me, my brand new $1000 computer freezes than shuts down and opens up with this message. fuck me. atleast i still have this 4 yr old 500 laptop that is runnign at 3x the speed. fuck me.
Thanks for so detailed description. I ran into the same problem and accidentally solved it or the pc repaired itself. My pc was legacy bios mode, I changed to UEFI and again to legacy. I think that might cleared the sleep cache.
HEY BRO I WAS GETTIN RANDOM IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSO ERROR FOR 2DAS STRAIGHT WHELL I WAS USING MY LABTOP I WAS GETTIN PISSED I WAS GETTIN A ATTEMPTED_SWITCH BSOD ERROR ON START UP BE FOR THAT AFTER I WOULD LEAVE MY LABTOP RUNNING ALL NIGHT BUT AFTER I TRYED THIS I HAVENT GOT NO BSOD ERROR I HAVE BEEN SHUTTING DOWN EVERY NIGHT I STILL THINK I NEED TO UPDATE A FEW DRIVERS JUST GOTTA FIND THEM AND TRY IT BUT YO THANKS LIKE I SAID I WAS GETTIN BSOD FOR 2 DAY STAGHT AND I TRYED UR TIPS AND FOR 2DAYS NO BSOD ILL LET UR VIEWERS BE THE JUDGE ON THAT NOTE FUCK WINDOWS 8 THIS IS A 6 MONTH OLD LABTOP AND ITS BEEN GIVING ME NON STOP ISSUES LUCKY IM KINDA SMART WINDOWS 8 AINT FOR THE DUMB OR BROKE KUZ UR GUNNA HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE FIX UR LABTOP I FILL SORRY FOR THE NON COMPUTER SAVVY PEOPLE!!!
My laptop is like this for weeks. I couldn't even get into my laptop. but once i did, i quickly did what you taught me and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much. Saved me from spending a few hundred dollars on a new laptop.
FUCK Windows 8, why the fuck does it force me to upgrade to 8.1 I tried to and totally fucked up my laptop and today it said after 14 minutes its going to update to windows 8.1 da fuck? and now I can't even log in the laptop fuck it Microsoft improve your shit...
Hi Jay, thank you so much for spending the time on this, because I've followed your advice and so far so good in it sorting out this problem on my laptop. Much gratitude. :-)
Thank you so much Mr. Jay. Your video is a lifesaver. A week ago, I got my computer fixed for srttrail.txt and I paid a lot of money for it to be fixed. My go-to technician had to reprogram my computer. Now another BSOD happened and it got me distressed becoz I just had it fixed! Well thanks and I will go ahead on updating my drive. I just subscribed to you and I hoped that you'll help me next time! :-) BTW I tried all three of the techniques and the third one got it fixed.
Hey Jay Busch! Thank you SO much! I can't say for sure that your suggestions have worked yet, but so far so good. The reason I am really writing is because SO MANY other videos were just ads for some registry cleaner products. I sadly bought one of them for $69 after they promised that their software would fix the 'bad pool spooler' or something like that. It was definitely the same screen above. Their product did nothing. However, at least your video has give me some solid actions I can take to try to remedy this. I really appreciate it. If it DOES work, I will try to remember to come back here and let you know. Thank you very much. -Monroe
This man knows what he's doing. I had the same problrm as him and it worked, also note the Bugcheck code that was displayed in the event log, convert into hexadecimal and put it on google with 'bugcheck' should help. Thanks a lot
Thank you, i did all of these techniques and im about to restart. I'll reply to this comment once im done and gone a little while without crashing. Once again thanks a ton and i am so glad that i found this video. I went on websites trying to tell confusing things, saying that it could even harm my computer if i do it wrong so i almost gave up until i found this.
Ok, still didnt fix it completely, although i think it may have reduced the times it crashes. It crashes while im playing League of Legends and its crashing. Still. Im clueless of what to do. The weird thing though, is that now it will automatically restart about a second after the message pops out.
Thank You! We have had this error a few times coming out of sleep mode. I tried the first recommendation and so far it has worked :) Thank you for making this helpful video
Thanks man! Helped me out! Also dude that play games that had this problem, did the same for me. Crashed when i was playing CS and Gmod, but the first fiz did it for me! Thanks again!!!
Thanks for posting this. This solved my blue screen issues...I was about to toss my brand new computer in the trash. So aggravating and frustrating trying to figure out by yourself...thank you so much !!!! : ]
Perfect... I just done it and i think it went well. Thanks you so much. More power in continuing this kind of helpful videos. It helps a lot... HUGE man
Thank you so much for your extremely easy to follow guide, have changed all settings as per your instructions so here's to hoping that's fixed it. Thank you again
nice video pal You could try the option System>Properties>Advanced System Settings>Advanced>under start up and recovery>settings>uncheck "Automatically restart" under system failure that might really help
Ty man , i had the same thinks on events but on me this message pump out while the computer was open and runing system update and nvidia update at the same time .Thanks for the help!
It happens when every time i opened the google chrome that's the error appear. but right now everything is ok. It fix the problem when i follow your video instruction. Thanks a lot bro.! Gb,
I recently faced this issue. Try restarting 8-10 times, Windows attempts automatic recovery and sooner or later, it succeeds in restarting well. Then go to Event Log and check under Critical events to understand what caused it. In my case, it was due to power shutdown and abrupt windows shut down. The Automatic recover is great, otherwise, in earlier versions of Windows like 7 or XP, you may need to reinstall!
I have this issue when I turn my wifi on, when I turn it on it freezes and goes to the blue screen. I tried the first solution 1 month ago and it worked, but now it's back and I tried all these options non work same power issue under event log :(
Thanks buddy that restart up issue stopped my PC from that frown face switching from complete memory dump to small memory dump my desk top PC was just built in November 2013 with windows 8 i hope this issue never comes back but if it does all be sure to post it here
Google had not offered any answers. Nobody had offered a solution. I stumbled across this fix by trial and error. It has worked and I got windows back up and running. I am actually re-installing back to factory settings.
Thanks for this video. The wife's laptop has had this issue recently. Just tried everything in your video and hoping I have sorted the problem now. Weirdly it only happens when she is on TH-cam.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
We thank you so much for your kind explanation. Thanks to your excellent advice, we have solved the problem which makes blue display. We have solved the problem by changing power option setting which was from your good advice.
yesterday this blue thing show up to my acer windows 8 i was well i just a little kid doing YT so i search not knowing my parents what happend thanks to you it works!!
For anyone having issues with Windows 8 or 8.1 taking long to shutdown. Go to "device manager" open bluetooth right click and select disable. This worked for my system ASUS N550jv. Shutdown and startup are back to normal
omg you just solved my computer glitch thank you luckily it was the first problem thank you for this video. i was gonna spend so much money taking it to the computer repair shop.
If you are able to access to your desktop (I was but for only 1 minute) try setting your computer to safe mode, and then restore the system to a point at which you know it was working fine. To get to safe mode: Open run (Windows+R) and type "msconfig" then click ok and it'll open a dialogue box, click BOOT and select "Safe Mode", "apply" then "ok" restart your computer and you'll be in safe mode. (Try to do this the quickest as possible so your pc don't restart before finishing the process, I had to try it many times) Now that you're on safe mode, go to control panel, recovery, and click "Open System Restore" then click "Show a different restore point" and hit next. If you enable the "Show more restore point" checkbox you'll see all available restore point, choose the one you think will work and click next and finish. The restore may take a while, but after its done just get out of safe mode (windows+R, msconfig, BOOT, uncheck safe mode, apply, ok, restart). This is the way I fixed this problem, it worked for ME, I'm not saying it's gonna work for everyone but I share it anyways just in case it works for someone else as well :)
Bar none, you set a new standard in computer assistance. Clear and precise, keep it up!
Thanks for making this video! Fixed my issue, I was receiving this error everytime after coming back from sleep/hibernate on W8.1. I unticked the selections in the Power Options + changed the Write Debugging Information into Small Memory Dump and am no longer getting the error. Very much appreciated!
How to solve this prob. /\

How to solve this if you don't have a windows disk ( you will still need another computer and a USB pen drive with 1GB+):
1) Download this file which is about 1mb rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.2p.exe
2) Download this file which is about 700mb sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair-cd/files/boot-repair-disk-32bit.iso/download
3) Open the first file you've download (which is a program to make a usb pen look like a bootable CD)
4) Insert a USB pen with 1Gb of storage at least (save your files first, this will need to format and erase the USB pen content) and select the USB in the first dropdown menu option on this program
5) Click on a small buttom which has the image of a CD on it and is near an option which says "FreeDOS"
6) Now you will have to navigate to the folder of that file that you have downloaded at step number 2. and you select it!
7) You click the buttom to start (and then click ok in the warning "this will erase everything inside your pen drive blablabla"
AND DONE!! YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE FIRST STEP!!
Now you have a bootable USB that you will use to start your computer and it will be an application that will fix your computer automatically from this error!
Now this is the hardest part if you're not familiar with it but after this it will be really easy to fix your computer:
You will have to make your computer boot from this particular USB flash drive that you have just created!
And how do you do this?
Well... there's no general method... basically you will have you turn on your computer (with the usb pen in it) and right after it starts your press Esc, Delete, or F12 (try these by this order)
and then if there's an option there called "BOOT Options" you should select that and then select USB
If there's not that option, you must go on the BIOS SETUP and you will have to find out by yourself how to turn on thatboot from usb option so that you computer boots from the usb.
After you've done this, congratulations because now it's really easy. 3rd and final part:
1) Your computer should boot from the USB and you will be shown a menu with languages, you can click enter to pick english.
2) You can click enter again for starting the recovery operative system!
3) Give it a time to completelly start and after that, you will see a menu and the first option of that menu will be "automatic repair" pick that one and follow the instructions!!
4) After you done that and the process is complete, you can turn your computer off using the power buttom at the lower right corner...
AND DONE!
After you turn on your computer again, it will start just fine :)
Daniel Azevedo didn't work thanks a bunch .. Now i keep booting into your operative system ... Please help

Me too somebody help😥
ME TOO
Same man just happened today
PLZ HELP
Did u figure out what to do mine is doing the same thing please help
Mine did that too. It turns out it means the entire hard drive is fucked. Call your computer provider and they should send someone to fix it for you. That's what they did for me, and I have a dell. Hope this helps :D
Logan Casper It's not always the hard drive. Bad caps, bad motherboard, bad anything can cause those problems also.
Plz help me that is the same as mine
Mine toi
Great and easy to follow tutorial! I'm gonna try these steps, hopefully it all works out. This issue has been driving me nuts, especially since it's a new hp notebook.
got this on windows 10:(
Same it's so fucking annoying!
+TheMultiGamer4 I just got it need to know how to fix it but this is for win 8 ugggggggghhhhhhhhhhh
TheMultiGamer4 welp it doesnt even matter anymore, my computer now just refuses to even boot lol
I think its time for me to put it to rest with my shotgun
+TheIsolatedPhoenix XD
I HAVE ONE THING TO SAY. UPLOADER YOU ARE SAVAGE DUDE!!! FEELING SO HAPPY I SOLVED MY PROBLEMS, SAVED MY PC AND OF COURSE SAVED MONEY I WAS ONE STEP FOR TAKING MY PC FOR A FIX!
OH YEAH ILL KEEP YOU POSTED AND I LIKED AND SUBBED
How are we meant to do this When I can't even get into my desktop with out if fucking restarting!
Why i have this problem only on windows 10
+Fixt the same way you typed that comment
How?
+Givewoab he probably did it via mobile
SAME I WATCHED LITERALLY EVERY VIDEO & I CAN'T BECAUSE IT KEEPS GOING ON A LOOP. I'M SO FUCKING DONE
This problem use to occur daily on my Win 8.1. I tried the first option 13 days ago and I haven't had the problem since. Thanks dude, this problem was bugging me out.
I recently just updated to windows 10 and as soon as I get to the desktop no more than 30 seconds my computer restarts
yep the problem was Norton internet security i just don't know why but Norton was cousin the problem i couldn't even delete it cause it would usually take about 2 minutes to uninstall by that time by computer restarts therefore i had no choice but to reset the computer that got rid of Norton and i installed it again the issue is gone :) .although it spoiled my day.
Yes, you are right about the power options - to uncheck turn on fast startup and sleep.
I got this error and I was like okay I'll let it restart. Well it has restarted but still after an hour and it says please wait with the loading symbol moving. Anyone else getting this or just me?
+Joel Birch same here i forced shut down and it came again but this time it loaded
mine just got stuck at 0%
+Shaun Curnutt lol same, when it was done downloading my pc was fucked up it was lagging and the graphics card kept crashing so I factory reset the pc
+Christopher Johansson It won't let let me
+Shaun Curnutt is it happening now to ur pc?
PROBLEM WAS SOLVED
thanks again
i not speak inglish, but help me a lot
My BRAND NEW gaming laptop did this. No Google Chrome doesn't work and other apps I use crash constantly. Spent 1800 on this laptop and hasn't been a month yet. MSI dominator pro 70 g series laptop. I'm going to try this but I don't think it's a power problem. If you can give me a bit more info on this blue screen I'd love you forever. Thanks in advance.
Yes, I just bought my laptop a few days ago! It's obviously Windows 8 (or 8.1 like me) and not our laptops. I'm so fed up. It happens ALL THE TIME!

You guys will probably ignore this. My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L750-0LN. I got this error plenty of times because of my network drivers. They were up to date and I still got this error. So I disabled the drivers in safe mode re enabled them in real version.

Andy sze plz help me this problem my laptop is Toshiba satellite l750-0ln is same like you how to fix my bro

Hi
Thanks for so detailed description. I ran into the same problem and accidentally solved it or the pc repaired itself. My pc was legacy bios mode, I changed to UEFI and again to legacy. I think that might cleared the sleep cache.

Ben Pootis you mean windows xp-vista stinks

Windows is the master operating system for gaming :D
Thank you so much Mr. Jay. Your video is a lifesaver. A week ago, I got my computer fixed for srttrail.txt and I paid a lot of money for it to be fixed. My go-to technician had to reprogram my computer. Now another BSOD happened and it got me distressed becoz I just had it fixed! Well thanks and I will go ahead on updating my drive. I just subscribed to you and I hoped that you'll help me next time! :-)
BTW I tried all three of the techniques and the third one got it fixed.

This man knows what he's doing. I had the same problrm as him and it worked, also note the Bugcheck code that was displayed in the event log, convert into hexadecimal and put it on google with 'bugcheck' should help. Thanks a lot
luckily i had the same problem as you so this was very simple. although the process was quick your advice was great! Thanks for the support
-blake

Thank you man I had this problem on Windows 8 & 10 when I upgraded. I had the same exact critical event like you and this helped a lot!
Got the same error message as you and this fixed my problem. Thank you man!
Thanks Man! Been running in to this problem for about a moth and finally found out!
nice video pal
You could try the option System>Properties>Advanced System Settings>Advanced>under start up and recovery>settings>uncheck "Automatically restart" under system failure
that might really help
Ty man , i had the same thinks on events but on me this message pump out while the computer was open and runing system update and nvidia update at the same time .Thanks for the help!
It happens when every time i opened the google chrome that's the error appear. but right now everything is ok. It fix the problem when i follow your video instruction. Thanks a lot bro.! Gb,
Same exact issue with sleep mode. I do sleep mode often but bsod had happened twice already, I hope your tips work
My error was the same as yours. I did what you said and it seems to be working.
Thanks!
I unchecked the power options, hope it won't come again. Really helpful!!Thanks
Thanx a lot....
This solved my problem & those who are still getting this error
Try to update the system (Windows Update)
Thanks, the first option worked for my windows 8.Had the same problem what you Kernel-Power
Thanks. I have tried a couple of your solutions and hope they resolve this issue.
I tried the first solution 1 month ago and it worked, but now it's back and I tried all these options non work same power issue under event log :(
Even many people doesnt work, atleast you tried to help. Thanks and its working for me. :D
Hello ,
just unchecking the option in the power setting. solved my problem.
Thank you soooooooooooo much. :)
Thanks dude! :) my problem was overclocking my gpu little bit too much and it caused to crash my pc suddenly in middle of a game.
Thanks buddy that restart up issue stopped my PC from that frown face switching from complete memory dump to small memory dump my desk top PC was just built in November 2013 with windows 8 i hope this issue never comes back but if it does all be sure to post it here
Great video Jay. Thanks for creating n posting these helpful and clear instructions!
God bless!
I had the sleep problem that you had and it helped me a lot.thanks for information
Thank u so much for uploading dis video. I used ur step 1 and it works!
I saw in Event Log it Has Crashed 8 Times And Since I Done The Thing You Say In Power Option It Doesnt Even Came Once I Subbed Liked

Hi Jay
followed your instructions blue error has cleared thanks very much.
(Try to do this the quickest as possible so your pc don't restart before finishing the process, I had to try it many times)
Now that you're on safe mode, go to control panel, recovery, and click "Open System Restore" then click "Show a different restore point" and hit next.
Thank god for this video it fixed my pc and now it's running perfect
