Heads up for anyone who is thinking about ordering this, not sure if this is a potential negative, but the video for this on Nectar's product page, and the 1 other video for it I found on YT. Both show a center metal support beam, and there's a metal beam that runs from the headboard to the foot of the bed. It seems like that would be much stronger support-wise. I just got mine in the mail and didn't even notice the 1st time I watched this video that his didn't have the metal support beams. Maybe this is a non-issue and this resign is just as strong. But it seems all wood compared to wood + metal beams, the latter would be superior. But I'm not an engineer so maybe the new design is just as good, I emailed Nectar a bit ago asking. If they reply I'll add a reply to this.

I just got this headboard and frame. It takes long time to build if you only use the Allen screws.The wooden slats were cracked. If you look on Nectar website it is suppose to bring metal frames for more support in the middle. I need to return it. I hope the replacement is complete. Thank you for your reviews.
I just found your video. Today we will be receiving our Nectar bed and foundation (no headboard). Did you buy the the Nectar memory foam or the Nectar hybrid (foam and springs)? Thanks for the video.

Appericiate the video, I just ordered this for $350 which is half price of the one from Purple I was thinking about ordering. Nectar doesn't state a weight limit like the Purple or Ghost ones I was looking at.The Purple & Ghost both say 2000lbs supported, which seems really excessive for a bed foundation. Even with a heavy 200lb mattress that's still 1800#'s of people lol. And I hope this'll hold up to constant, multiple hour sessions of strenuous adult activities. *cough* *cough* I think for $350 it's a no brainer. In your video it sure looks like it costs a lot more. The regular price says $600, but I know nothing bed related's ever sold at full price. It definitely looks like it could cost $600 though. Hope the wood slats hold up as well as the metal ones on the Purple's. And I hope the wood doesn't creek or squeak when I'm trying to have fun. But I have "fun" maybe only once every 2-3 months now so I suppose that's shouldn't be very high on my potential considerations list ha. If anyone who owns this actually reads this and has done the deed on it. I'm all ears for feedback on how it went. I don't need or want details lol, just general support/did it make sound type comments would be lovely. I'm around 190# and my FWB's maybe 140.
Thanks. I'm about to order this exact bed and frame. Do you think the frame sits too low or is it okay? Especially at your height. The bed frame that I was using was unstable so I took the mattress off and sat it on the floor. It hurts my knees getting up. I need something higher.

I ordered it directly from Nectar site. I would say it is lighter than my previous mattress which was also a spring mattress. Pretty easy to move around.

I need to make the final review video but so far it has been great. Not a single issue with the frame or the mattress.

It’s amazing how these cheep wood slats don’t snap. I have a similar bed with almost identical slats and every day I think “is today the day one of these slats are gonna snap”. So uncanny

I am not sure the exact weight but the bed frame itself was pretty heavy. The mattress was in a smaller package but it expands.

About 14 inches and then add the mattress. I think the might have dimensions on their website.
