    This looks like Rich Piana feeder workouts. Pretty much 3 sets X 100 reps of 2 exercises for arms. I guess Devon is doing arm wrestling feeder workouts 😉😉😉💪💪💪

    I know this is just light pumping work for you but I still wanna ask why don’t you opt for a greater range of motion? The blood flow through the target area will be far greater in volume with it and isn’t that the intention?

    Devon probably has the most advanced tendons on the planet, i still remember those wheels with black cables wound up at the spools before they were used electricity, when i was a kid. We drag up at them and slided down. Tendons is probably the real purpose

    I use to do this until I kept on only getting around 5 hours sleep each night took me too long to wind back down. Figure I’ll get more results when I’m sleeping and my body is repairing it’s self for 8 hours instead of 5

    Dev, are you concerned that you are not imitating accurately armwrestling stance, since the pillow is pushing your arm from beneath? Did you consider to re-do your table, to put some pillow that is shallow?
