You should wait until May to put the metal roof on. Getting on the roof when it is wet or damp from dew is extremely dangerous!!! Put on your zip tape and start working on the electrical and plumbing inside.
You get pass that darn Metal Roof every thing be much more easier even the Siding also inside Mechanical Stuff Insulation. And drywall Then painting Then trimwork Then cabinets. Inside doors that stuff is easy it take time but work at your own pace
