This certainly brings back memories. During my years of being both a visitor to and a resident of St. Elizabeth I drove along this road so many, many times. My dear late wife was born very close to the present day Treasure Beach Post Office and attended the nearby Pedro Plains School. Thank you for uploading.

Memories..I grew up with families at treasure beach went to both school lived at the college for years .The Principal for the Primary school Mr Thompson was married to my cousin...Remember getting some licks lol .but !!!He waa a strick and discipline Man...

Fire reid you break your promise ☹️, I am still waiting for you to drive from crossroads through front Flagaman by Duds bar, I miss home. I love treasure beach but we see it all the time, show Flagaman and round hill (via red dirt) some love ...when is the next live stream?

@@FireReid It would make my day if you would drive from crossroads, come straight up and stay on the main road to bottom Flagaman carry on to top Flagaman where the shine drum is, carry on up until you reach red dirt and turn left into Round hill then straight down to the ball ground and when you reach the colbot you can turn left onto round hill road which takes you back to crossroads or if the road is fixed right takes you up to Malvern. I'm homesick and all of my happy memories are there, I'm depending on you Fire Reid!

Hey fire Reid witch cross road is that is it in st Elizabeth because when i was going to school in Jamaica i had take a bus from Kingston in Patrick city and that take me to cross road and you had to pass through half way tree road to go cross road just a question any how bless and respect Jamaica is looking beautiful today the sun is shining bright and beautiful bless up
Although local people call this location simply Cross Roads, its formal name is Pedro Cross.

@@JamaicaBK1 Thank you. Pedro Plains is the name of the flat lands between the Santa Cruz mountains and the sea. Pedro Cross is the name of the point where the Treasure Beach to Roundhill and Malvern road crosses the Black River to Southfield and Junction road. Usually called simply Cross Roads and where the Texaco gas station is. My wife was born just down from Cross Roads in the Treasure Beach direction opposite the Pedro Plains school, close by the present day Treasure Beach post office. She is buried on the Pedro Plains at Williamsfield . I hope this information is interesting and useful to you.
@@Queensburyheights thanks so much my friend sorry for the story of your wife i know about the 3 plains i was just a bit off with the Pedro cross i know from the days of raston James original owner of the gas station and a Ford truck at the time with some writing on both doors in Spanish or Latin meaning in God i trust and b honest with you i was born and raised in that whole area i know from black river to Pedro cross both sides of the road i know when there was no electricity and no pave roads
@@Queensburyheights my friend up to 17 years old i know everybody in Williamsfield i have at least 8 close relatives that built houses in Williamsfield from in the seventies and my father is from Williamsfield up Pedro cross or cross roads Pedro plains school and post office right in that vicinity my mother born and raised and i have family there and i have the history right down to calabash bay Frenchman great bay billisbay
