Drupal9: Understanding Drupal's Regions, Blocks with Views

In this tutorial we will explore Drupal's Regions, Blocks and integrating views to a Block. We will answer the question, "What is a Region and Blocks" We will also create a view and put them in a block and some understanding in creating custom blocks.
