Josh, leaning forwards is definitely intentional for the exact reason you pointed out: in the console version you only have to hold the analog stick to make CJ lean fowards. He doesn't _"bob his head up and down"_ in that version. You have to keep in mind the ps2 version IS the original version of San Andreas, the PC port is a slapped-together afterthought (just like any port done by Rockstar) and they clearly didn't take into consideration that keyboards don't have pressure sensitivity keys and didn't bother adjusting the controls accordingly. This is why it looks so weird on the PC.

Vice City doesn't spawn boats/aircrafts in the first island until you unlock the second island. You can use glitches to get to the second island but you do **not** get wanted stars by doing so. The only games in the franchise that give players wanted stars if they go into areas earlier than intended are San Andreas and IV. (and in both cases, this mechanic is justified by the plot)

It's hard to overstate how difficult this run is ... the stunt jumps on their own are difficult, but vastly more so with a 4 star wanted rating.
