      Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

    They need to put a cap on BlackRock. Buying homes massively should be illegal

      Why?

    • @juzukizuki
      @juzukizuki หลายเดือนก่อน

      Im not defending blackrock, blackstone, or vanguard. They are evil corporations, no question. But at this point, with trillions of dollars worth of people's 401ks invested in mortgage backed securities, making buying up all the houses illegal would cause a massive market crash that would make 2008 look like the roaring 20s. Over 100 million people would lose everything and it would launch us into a great depression that would take decades to recover from. It's too late to put the genie back in the bottle now.

    • @juzukizuki
      @juzukizuki หลายเดือนก่อน

      We had a chance to let the bubble burst and allow the market to self correct back in 2009. Instead, Obama decided to print trillions and trillions of dollars and use that money to give incredibly low or even NO interest loans to these companies so that they would buy up all the houses and bring the price of homes back up. They kicked the can down the road and robbed Peter to pay paul. Now the bubble is so big that if it pops, America will become a third world country almost overnight. At a time when china, iran and russia are like hungry sharks circling the US, there can't be any blood in the water. We are locked in, for better or for worse(absolutely for worse) and now we have to lay down in the bed we have made

      If a publicly traded company chooses to outsource overseas to cut costs,
      it should start by outsourcing top-tier management positions like the CEO, CFO, and CTO.
      By saving millions paid to these executives, the company could preserve the jobs of many American workers.
      These employees, when gainfully employed, would contribute much more to the local economy than a
      small group of highly paid executives.

    Something just doesn’t sound right, the job market falls off, interest rates go down, but the economy continues to grow? The lower interest rates in of themselves will make homes even more unaffordable while fewer jobs limit the number of people who can afford to buy..

    My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.

    Corrections can occasionally follow market highs, but it can be difficult to forecast when and how severe they will be. A'massive' correction is what some analysts have been referring to. It makes me question whether it's time to make changes to my $2 million holdings or perhaps look into some defensive investments.

      Accurate asset allocation is crucial, and some individuals use hedging strategies or allocate part of their portfOlio to defensive assets for market downturns. Expert guidance is vital for achieving this. This approach has helped me stay finan-cially secure for over five years, yielding nearly $1 million in returns on invest-ments. They will put interest rates down in 2024 to give room to put interest rates up in 2925. Still got big debt, printing money tarrif on goods cost living go up wages go up. Less taxe more money in economy .plus wars all inflationary.
