Luocha can't sustain in the second half when SAM comes, using the skill with welt just kill him self. Ando the first half march helps much more than gepard to break the enemies so she is better than him for this team
@LinkyedHSR he heals a lot outside of his skill doesn't he tho and with his emergency healing at least from my own experience he's good agaisnt sam but maybe that's just my team

When he is E6 it's really powerful against enemies that have ice weakness, it's really worth building him
E2 already good to start building him since debuff is something crazy

At E6 he is really good, you can build him to use in MoC when the enemies have ice weakness even in stage 12

march 7th counters deal more toughness damage (white bar) than gepard not to mention ult deals toughness damage too.

Pela can only do this damage when weakness break, without it she do 0 dmg so misha have to appear 😅
