    복어는 옛날분들이 저녁에는 먹고 자지말라 했지요 혹시나 독에중독되도 잠들면 모른다고
    요새는 양식복어가 많으니 괜찮은데
    옛날엔 전부 자연산이니 ㅎㅎㅎ

    배우신 분입니다. 복어는 여러방법이있지만 회로 다루는 법은 잘 아시네요. 저도 복을 배웠었거든요 저분이 그렇게 고급스킬을 가졌다 그런건 아닙니다. 최소한 기본이 있다고 말씀드립니다.

    제가 7년전 묵호항에서 25짜리 복어를 2마리에 만원 고등어 5마리 만원 주고 사먹었는데 솔찍히 복어 독이 무서워서 2마리만 샀는데 그건 바보짓이었다
    회 중에 최고가 아닐까 싶습니다 고등어는 길고양이들 다주고 다시 횟집에가서 3마리 만오천 주고 사서 소주와 먹었는데 아직까지 그맛을 잊을수가 없습니다.그때 묵호항에 복어가 갑자기 풍년이 들어 진짜 싸게 먹었는데 그때가 그립습니다

      @@tellurmumgotohell it's called bleeding out fish. They do it everywhere including the us. It makes fish taste less.. fishy. It has to be done when they are alive while the blood is still circulating. It also reduces the amount of Mercury and other toxins in the meat. There's a reason those tilapia filets you eat are white and not pink

    피에는 독이 없나 봅니다
    자르고 포뜰때 피 묻은 도마에서 바로 손질 하는것 보면
    머리 내장 ㆍ알 껍질만 버리고 깨끗이 씻어 먹음 될듯 싶은데ㅡㅡㅡㅡㅎ
    너무 많이 버린다 아깝게 시리 ㅎㅎ

    복어는 신경독라. 먹으면 신경이경직되 죽은것 같지만 정신은 살아있어 생매장 당하는거지요 7년을 치료해 살아난 논문이 있지만 의학계에서 인정을 안해줌

      복어맛을 잘 모르시는분들이 종이처럼 얇게 썰어야 맛있는줄 아시는데 복어는 두툼해야 참맛을 느낍니다. 얇게 써는 이유는 복어 자체가 비싸고 양이 많아보이게 하기위함입니다.

      @@ssanglee4800 오징어는 최대한 얇게 채썰듯해야 특유의 고소함이 우러나옵니다. 농어는 영상보다 더 두툼하게 썰어서 된장과 함께 먹는게 더 맛나구요 뭐 개개인의 기호에 따라 다르겠지만요.

    취향이라면 할말없지만 비추입니다. 거제도에 근무할때 서호시장에 자주 나왔었죠. 졸복은 너무 작아서 먹을것도 없고 별 맛도 없었습니다.
