Would love to see guess the player but using the wikipedia and the clubs they have played for - one at a time you read out the teams they have played for and how many games, and each person can use a lifeline to find out what year they played for one of the clubs or how many goals they scored for a particular club - would be a good watch

It’s crazy how I got Zola straight away. As soon as he said Maradona and Carlton Cole I thought Zola as he managed West Ham which Cole was at. Wasn’t even the Chelsea connection lol
Nah it was the chelsea connection. Cole played at chels from 2001-2006 and zola played up until 2003. Managing wouldn’t count for that point. He managed Watford in the championship.
How Shaun didn't get Zola instantly with only the first clue is a shocker...
The second one could’ve also been Sanchez League title for Barca and Inter 80 goals for Arsenal and Copa America winners in 2016

Same in terms of European pedigree Tarabt came to my mind instantly, and obvious as he played for AC Milan
There could be less waffle. Minor details like having the clues on a screen for all participants to see, instead of it being repeated countless times by each person. For per clue, there should be a timeclock so theres a time pressure to get to the answer which would speed up the flow of dialogue. Also having a notepad could be helpful.

The game only works properly if the clues only describe one player. The third player (played in 2 of the 5 top leagues, won champions league and played for Real Madrid) could also be Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos, Dani Carvajal, David Alaba, Eduardo Camavinga, Dani Ceballos, Ferland Mendy, Alvaro Arbeloa, Sergio Ramos, Thibaut Courtois, Luis Figo, Clarence Seedorf, Roberto Carlos and probably many others.

I think if they guys can’t guess the player & give up, the person should give one extra clue to guess the player one last time with no extra questions given as a final attempt to get it right then when everyone’s had their final guess the person gives up who they picked.
