There is no single game i can play after TERA. I can't even play Black Desert Online which has very good combat because TERAs combat system was completely superior. It is a shame that no game developer can beat a combat system that is developed in 2008/2009.
It is the normal attack speed that every archer has in equalized battlegrounds but i think what you have seen are fast charges while using Penetrating Arrow and Radiant Arrow. That is because of the skill called Sequential Fire. The more opponents you hit with this skill the faster Penetrating and Radiant arrows charge.

Ik this is old, but people got bored of the game and gender locking new classes people might like isn't helping it just shows that tera no longer cares about it's players and only which race do most players fap too or find cute.
It doesn't really matter that much. Castanics have 1% more crit rate when attacking from the back & Human/Aman get 10% less damage if their HP is below 30%.
