Fellow Canadian here. I ordered the ghost bear dinner set. It took 2 weeks for them to give me tracking, it was canceled and returned, it took them 2 weeks to reply to my email and tell me that the wrong item had been sent out, I asked them to resend the correct item instead of a refund. I didn’t hear back so eventually asked for the new tracking and was told “wait patiently for your package to arrive dear”. The new tracking seems fine but it still hasn’t arrived. I’m a bit nervous that they just resent to wrong item… I was too nervous after all that to order the surprise figure from them but I really love the classic brown teddy bear. I don’t think I’ll ever order from them again, I got the confirmed vampire candy sets from a company in Canada and I think I’ll try to go through them as much as I can because they’re and awesome company. Sorry for the loooong comment!

I’m so sorry you had such a bad experience! Unfortunately, you don’t seem to be the only one. I’ve heard a few horror stories when it comes to finding unicorn’s customer service. I’m also really put off by the two-set thing they started doing. I think it’s ridiculous and I don’t plan on getting full sets from them now. Which sucks cause I love Aamy!
I'm definitely no longer buying sets from them. I do feel lucky there is other stores I can buy from however it's disappointing as I've always enjoyed their collaborations. I hope they at least don't repeat the 2 set thing!
It’s a huge bummer that both sets were the same. That’s why don’t like the split sets. It’s not worth it for me to buy two boxes and end up with the same set. At least, baby ghost bears are really popular and can resell easily. I love the color way you got of the big ghost bear, though! It’s my favorite outcome.
It's gorgeous!! I really love the colour and it seems so much bigger then the other large Baby Ghost Bears I have so that's nice. Glad to see they selling it again even though they said it's limited so more people can get.
Its not just Canada having shipping issues and crappy customer service. They hate their customers im convinced. Other unboxers from england and america ive seen complain about shipping issues, customer service issues. I would have been pissed at finding unicorn for the whole circus and how they did this series. Its ridiculous. Ive seen people have better luck from kikagoods for F.un products but still disappointed in the box set. The ones ive seen get both sets buy it at the same time but even thats no guarantees as ive seen people still get 2 of the same.
Yes, I've seen many people get the same set! It's wild, it's like the Kidrobot days were you had to settle with getting half a case of repeats 😆 I'm honestly shocked they still haven't replied to any of my emails I've sent. At least it showed up, I guess and it wasn't lost. 🤷🏼♀️
I will say after I filmed this I didn't get a chance to wash it but came back the next day and it was almost dry, still a bit oily. They told me it's just how the warehouse processes them last time I asked. It is alarming 😆
3:28 “gonna keep the video positive” yeah idk about that 😂 The title alone screams I’m upset and unhappy. And majority of the video was negative. Not saying you can’t say the truth but it really caught me off guard when you said you were going to stay positive. I’ve seen a lot of people having issue with F. UN hopefully they make some major changes soon and whatever is going on in their business is figured out. Seems like management issues and lack of organization and some stupid decisions based on wanting more money from people.
I think she is being positive as she can be. With all the shipping problems and the possibility of getting the whole box as a duplicate, to me it's hard to be happy about it. I think it's good that she addressed the problems so people would also acknowledge that. Apparently seeing from the comment sections, some people is facing the same thing too. I agree that F. UN should do something about it and change the direction of their business if they want to keep people interested.
A MONTH?! That is awful customer service! Especially after you spending so much money. What a terrible way to treat a loyal customer who gives them free advertisment. I'm sorry you also got a repeat after all that. What a shame!
