How control user access using authorization in oracle apex

Create Users and User groups and provide authorization and write access to be provided only to the relevant user groups and Admin, other tabs can be visible with Read only how to do this

i want to crate rolename and assign pages to role then I want to use authorization. After login it should replace or run. how pl explain in video.
