did they ride it off? i thought that bike had some sort of safety efob feature? unless they pedaled it away and got tired and gave up
What saved me was having no chain and the bike being heavy, also yes the bike could only be turned on with the efob.

I’ve never rode one but yes I’ll definitely recommend a Honda Grom especially for city environments.
