I have seem so many get duplicate boxes on these pins. Its been bad! The worst on getting the same pins over and over. Its like you have to do a bunch of different orders or get someone to buy them in the parks where they can pick random ones for you. Though I love Pascal...wouldn't want five of him!!! haha! I hope you can trade for the others or find them online.
A lot of people have open these ugly sweater boxes and got duplicated boxes. I order two through Shop Disney and got identical boxes of Esmeralda and the llama, Kuzco. They do make good traders.

Did you notice these were made in Vietnam rather than in China? I'm not very experienced at this, so maybe they've had production in VN for a while. But if the VN factory is new, the non-randomization of the product could be related to that factory learning the ropes.
I feel like the commonality of some pins are a driver for people to trade, but trading is a little too tough with shipping fees and such. I have to wonder if when buying these blind from a site, you need to place multiple orders to avoid getting repeats from the same batch. But that takes the fun out of it...
I thought about buying them separately but it gets more expensive from paying shipping costs multiple times. If I'm in the parks, I will sometimes buy the boxes at different shops.
Oh how disappointing for you. This is happening so much with Disney pins at the moment, from numerous suppliers too it seems. Hope you have better luck next time. I still enjoyed the ugly sweater and bobble hat combo! 😂 My fave pin was Fairy Godmother. They’re all really great though. 😊
