In all sweet recipies you use very much less amount of sugar. For this shavige payasa actually we have to take 1 cup of sugar. But u used only 1/4th cup. Main thing is sugar quantity differs from person to person. But my opinion is sweet should be sweet. That's it. Just a suggestion. Nothing else.
