Maybe your clock internal battery is low. Change battery .

When setting the clock, it is possible to enter a 12-hour or 24-hour time format. By pressing the ADD button, the time value changes from 0-12 AM (morning), then 0-12 PM (afternoon), then 0-24 in 24-hour format.
